Rada presents his own guitar brand, Omera, including the distinctive Lucy Soft Minth and its versatile specifications. We explore the tools, production choices and practical implications behind this announcement, with a focus on what matters in a real studio.
Lucy Soft Minth: an eye-catching first impression
Rada's move from presenting guitars on YouTube to developing the Omera brand is a noteworthy creative step. Among the early models, the Lucy Soft Minth stands out for its contemporary appearance and distinctive colour. A clear aesthetic identity can attract attention, but the quality of the instrument ultimately depends on more than its finish.
Looks alone do not tell you how a guitar performs. What we really want to hear is the pickup response, pick dynamics and whether it stays expressive with clean, crunchy and heavily driven tones.

Serious specifications for a versatile instrument
The proposed specifications suggest an ambition to create a flexible guitar rather than a decorative collector's item. What matters in practical use is how the neck, bridge, pickups and overall setup work together. Guitarists need comfortable technique, a responsive dynamic range and sounds that translate well in a mix.
Locking tuners, a bone nut and a fixed bridge point towards tuning stability. Manufacture is announced in China, with quality control and final adjustment in France. The official launch price is €749.
A real studio test? Why not
We would be interested to hear one of these guitars through a familiar recording chain, from clean sounds to more demanding distorted parts. That is where differences in attack, sustain and pickup character become easier to judge. For the moment, our curiosity reflects the announcement rather than a hands-on review.

We may have an opportunity to test it properly in the studio with different amplifiers and digital rigs. Until then, the Soft Minth appeals to us visually, but its sound remains to be evaluated. See also our discovery of PRS Tekton.
